Bridge2Insights ("we", "us") operates bridge2insights.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@bridge2insights.com.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. Name, email, company, and the message you send, used to respond to your inquiry.
- Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and interactions. This may include session recordings of interactions with the site. We do not sell this data.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request data to serve and protect the site.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, improve the site, and understand which content is useful. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's retention settings, typically no longer than 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@bridge2insights.com. You can block analytics with a browser tracking blocker; the site continues to function without it.
Cookies
Analytics uses first-party cookies or local storage to distinguish visitors. No advertising cookies are used.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
