MVP & Launch Sprint

From validated idea to launched product in six to ten weeks.

Who it is for

Founders with a validated problem and early customers waiting, and companies launching a new venture or product line.

A minimum viable product should be minimal, viable, and shipped. We scope tightly, build with modern managed services so there is little to operate, and instrument everything so you learn from real users the day you launch.

FAQ

Common questions

What if we do not know exactly what to build?

Start with the scoping workshop on its own. It produces a scoped plan you can take anywhere, and about half of workshops change the original idea for the better.

Can our own developer join the build?

Yes, and we encourage it. Pairing during the sprint means they can own the codebase afterwards.

What happens after launch?

You can continue with us for iteration, hand off to your team, or combine both while you hire. Fractional CTO support is a common next step.
